Local Oyster Shucking Station
It’s November, and you know what they say: oysters are made for months that end in ‘r.’ While oysters are a Seattle staple, we’ve taken the classic to the next level by turning it into a fun, interactive station. Picture this: Chef Seth Prigg greeting you with a fresh-shucked oyster, a squeeze of lemon, or a flavorful mignonette. Is there anything better? We don’t think so.
Tip: add caviar bumps for an extra touch of luxury!
Not an oyster fan? We’ve heard that before, but we’re confident this oyster station will make you look forward to the chilly months year after year. It’s stylish, it’s classy, and it’s all about celebrating the best of the Pacific Northwest.
Made-to-Order Pizza Station
If oysters aren’t your thing, we have the perfect crowd pleaser for you–pizza! And not just any pizza, but a customizable pizza experience to impress your guests. With the help of our lovely friends at Cort Party Rental we can bring a pizza oven to your event and turn it into a one-of-a-kind culinary experience. Whether it’s your welcome snack, an appetizer station, or the main event, our chefs will handle everything—from fermenting fresh dough to sourcing premium toppings. And yes, they’ll even toss the dough in the air for a little extra pizzazz. Leading the charge is Chef Daniel, our executive chef at the Muse dining room, who brings years of expertise in fine Italian cooking. Chef Dan makes spinning pizza dough look like a walk in the park!
Roasted Brussel Sprout Caesar Station
The holidays called, and brussels sprouts are ready to take center stage at your holiday event. We’re thrilled to introduce this fresh yet hearty chef station featuring pan-fried brussels sprouts, topped with parmesan flakes and pickled red onions. It’s a simple yet flavorful combination that’s sure to impress. Honestly, there’s not much more to say—the picture of Chef Zach serving up these savory bites speaks for itself!
Petite Biscuit and Honey Butter Station
There’s not much we love more than a fresh, warm, house-made biscuit. Add honey butter, and we might just never want to eat anything else. For our Leading Caterers of America event last November, we set up this irresistible station right outside our pastry kitchen, where piping hot biscuits were loaded directly onto a speed rack, while our service team stood by with a dollop of sweet cream honey butter, ready to top each biscuit to perfection.
No pastry kitchen on hand? No problem! An oven will do just fine, giving your event that homey, cozy vibe and filling the space with the irresistible aroma of freshly baked biscuits.
Flaming Mai-Tai
That’s right—we’re bringing a little extra spark to your holiday party with our flaming cocktails! Crafted by our very own mixologist, Kevin, this isn’t your average Mai Tai. Topped with a flammable sugar cube, we harness the power of fire to caramelize decadent brown sugar right into your glass of rum perfection. It’s a little reminder that summer isn’t too far off, with the tropical flavors of the Mai Tai, all while embracing the best part of the holiday season: the cozy warmth of a fire—this time, right in your glass!
