When we met Adam, we realized he was more than just an event builder; he was a relationship builder. As our Business Development & Event Manager, Adam creates memorable experiences for both our long-term and new partnerships, enabling us to provide them with more bespoke options for each successive event.  With almost 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry – mostly in catering – Adam has worked in practically every aspect of the industry at some point – from filling in as a dishwasher, bartender, lead server, and even a line cook! What keeps him in this industry after all that? “Simply put: people. I love to see people having a good time, and assisting others in finding new ways to engage with one another. Good food and cocktails can often help with that.”
