There are occasions in life when a beautiful plate of food is set before you, and you know just from the smell and presentation that you’re about to eat something special… something so delicious, it can only have been prepared by someone with a vast depth of experience and expertise. Meet David Sherrill, our Culinary Director! His resume spans over four decades in fine dining and hospitality, and includes some pretty impressive accolades - being twice named Portland Iron Chef, three-time winner of the Best Chef PNW Bon Appetit Culinary Challenge, and recipient of numerous culinary competition medals. David now heads up our efforts to build dynamic, cohesive, and extra delicious culinary programs across the company that will resonate perfectly with our guests. He’s usually found bustling about town between our kitchens at T-Mobile, Benaroya Hall, The Works (our primary commissary at headquarters), or one of our corporate accounts, deep into his creative process and dreaming up some new delicious offerings. When he’s on his own time, he’s playing his guitar and spending time with his two grandsons and family.
